Rah Rah

One of my nicknames is Rah Rah.  My BFF Colt calls me that. It stuck and now I get called that a lot.  I wasn't too crazy about it at first but now I do not mind!!  Here are a few pictures of me aka Rah Rah!!!

Brenner is Going Nowhere

I have this thing about entrapping Brenner. We spent a lot of time on the patio at our old house and one of my favorite things to do was pile stuff up around her so she was stuck. It is a little harder now that she is on the move but when she was in her walker it was a cinch.  

Raisin Trail

I made a raisin trail up the stairs at the old house.  There was a raisin on every step and down the hall.  My Mommy got such a kick out of this that she just had to take a picture!!!

My Buddy Christa Gives Me a Cool Workbench

My friend Christa gave me a really neat workbench.  Brenner and I both love to play with it and we are so happy to have it in our playroom.  I am always using it to fix something for my Mommy!!

First Real Tools

My Daddy bought me a real socket set a few weeks ago.  I was really great about keeping up with pieces the first few days then I guess I got lazy.  Pieces have been disappearing, I wonder if it has anything to do with those pieces being a choking hazard for Brenner???

First Pics in New House

My Mommy has just now after five months started taking pictures again.  She did get a few of me the weekend we moved into our new place....I am sure there will be more to follow!!!

Chocolate Toast

My Mommy makes chocolate toast...a recipe that has been passed down from several generations...and it is delicious. I had the privilege of having it for the first time and can't wait until my Mommy makes it again. I would tell you how she makes it but if I told ya I would have to kill ya!!!

Ms. Neva Rocks

My family loves Ms. Neva.  She cuts my hair as well as my Mommy's and sister's.  She is so sweet to all of us and we just love her to death!!

Hanging By The Pool

Our new house has a pool and we swim everyday several times a day. My Mommy says she has not been the best about taking pictures but she finally got her camera out and took a few. My Daddy actually taught me how to swim this summer. Now that it is towards the end of the summer, I can swim down and touch the drain in the deep end.  At the beginning of summer I would hardly get off the steps in the shallow end.  My Daddy is a fantastic swim coach. It has been a great summer and our pool is a blast!!

Brenner's First Birthday

Brenner's first birthday party was a very simple family get together at the Love Shack.  My Mommy had her camera taking pictures of the birthday girl and I had to have a few with her too.  Of course, I had to remind Brenner that even though she was turning one I was still the boss!!!

Amarillo For a Spell

We went to Amarillo for our annual June visit. We got to see my great Grandma, play with cousins, swim, shoot guns, ride four wheelers, play with farm animals, climb trees, and a lot more.  I love going to visit my Dad's side of the family. After we left Amarillo we went to a family reunion for my Dad's side of the family. We went to Quartz Mountain Resort and had a great time with extended family. My Mommy didn't take too many pictures from the reunion but we got a lot from the Amarillo part of our trip. Mommy told me we will be heading back to Amarillo for our annual week in November. I am looking forward to it!!

Second Visit to Ocean

I got to go to the "lotion" (that is what I liked to call it) for the second time in my life. We went with Uncle KT, Aunt Dana, Hushy, Dout, and some more people from Uncle KT's family. We stayed for a long weekend at Galveston Island. We left super early on Thursday morning and stayed through Sunday.  We stayed in a condo right on the beach. We did a lot of swimming, napping, relaxing, snacking, walking, building sandcastles, feeding the sea gulls, and much, much more. It took me a while to get the hang of how the waves worked but after I felt more comfortable I was having fun. Dout my nails and toe nails for the first time ever in a bright pink.  I was also totally buried in the sand and got to bust out when you could just barely see my head. We got to see dolphins swimming around just past where the waves begin to break.  My Mommy was able to get it on video.  I hope we get to go back next year because I had the time of my life!!
