My Visit With CG and Papa DJ

My mom and dad took me to see my CG and Papa DJ in Oklahoma City the first weekend of April. We love seeing them. CG made the best banana pancakes my mom has ever had. We went to dinner, shopped, visited, laughed, etc. etc. We can't wait to get back there to see them!!!

My For Real First Camping Trip

We have been camping before but we stayed in a cabin so it really didn't count....We went with a bunch of people from church the weekend of April 17th. We used our "new to us" camper and we had a blast. My dad got a new boat...we like to call it a float on lawn chairs..but he has already taken it back. He brought it along for this trip but is getting something different so he can take take a friend along with him to fish. The funniest part of this whole trip is my mom and our church friends had to move one of the campers from one spot to the other........we all just pushed it. It was so funny!!! We ate yummy food, had a devotional and skit show, and spent time with some great families. Can't wait until the next trip end of June sometime!!!!!!!!!

Easter

We went to the "Love Shack" for Easter this year. That is my Nana and Mimi's little house out in the country. We had so many eggs and even a few confetti eggs that everyone was busting on each other..my dad got it good. We went to church and my mom made a ham to take to the feast. I got to sample sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes yummy........
